I have seen scores of calls from this number on my machine over the past month or so. Never a message. I happened to be home this afternoon (~1:30 p.m. ET; USA) and picked up on the second ring. Nobody was there. Extremely annoying!
I suspect a scam or a bill collector looking for my deadbeat ex-husband.
