Caller ID is "Unknown Name". This is another number for the credit card scammers trying to steal personal information. Do not answer this number. Block it if you have call blocking.
No name on caller ID, doesn't leave a message. Call is from Brooklyn, NY and isn't a valid number. The last four suffix numbers listed as valid all start with a 6 (i.e., 6XXX). I've heard from scammers can manipulate phone numbers and caller ID's to be anything they want.
