I am in the music industry however the last time I clicked on a link to something about music or event sent to me via text, it was a plethora of viruses and trojans. Since you have no reports about the phone number. Do you have this area code with other phone numbers that have been sending text messages to people especially in the music industry.
They offered me a $1,000 gift card from Best Buy if I would submit to two of their other programs. That was crossing the line to me. That was in a text message and I will be insanely angry if this in anyway messed up my phone.
