I have being getting emails like the ones everybody is getting for the past 4yrs. Plus there phone#s in the bottom call me if you want to settle, settle what jerks not stupid, like diane, called personally, to ace, to conplaint. And i have never made a loan with theme. I got exactly the same letter.. I tried calling this number they gave and it went to the voicemail .. I am forwarding this email to FBI fraud Dept to make these people pay for scaring and threatening us ..

The real ACE is super easy to work with and will not sue you.  I am working with them right now.  This is not ACE.  If you call them you will get the run around that they are not even the other company they state, but a parent company of a bunch of other bottom feeder companies.  Bottom line, they do not have a case against you and will not sue you.  I have been getting these emails just like so many of you, and I block the sender and delete the emails.  And then I get more.  Repeat.  I wish they would stop, but sadly I don't think there is anything we can do.  Except NOT send them any money or fall for their scam!  If you ask them for documentation I would be willing to bet they will tell you that they will send it to you when you verify your address.  Which you should not do.  I mean look at the email you got....your name is not on it, I bet all of us have the exact same amount we owe, the grammar is horrible.  This is not real people!  Frustrating yes.  Real, no.

I received this email today....I know it's a SCAM, but some people might NOT realize it.  They are getting better at making these LOOK real, but never pay anyone with just an email and/or phone call, by law they have to send you something via the US Mail.
