I have gotten fed up with these jerks. I have been to my Local police department, Filed a complaint with the FTC, I have also contacted the FBI. The FBI gave me a website to go to to fill out a complaint against these jerks. The website is www.ic3.gov. They said if they get enough complaints they will open an investigation on the situation. So come on guys all of you complain on that website too! Lets get these Jerks.

These damn idiots keep calling my work and harrassing me and my boss. I told them I know its a scam and it only makes them even more mad and become verbally abusive. I called my counties attorney to find out what could be done and all I was told to call the police department. And file a complaint when I did they. Told me that I couldn't. Something needs to be done to stop these harrassing phone calls.
I was able to get the voice mail they left at my job sent to my email. it is a thing we can do. in the call they threatened my job and my family and references. they have my cell and work number and my address. i was able to get them to fax me a document but it is something i could of typed up myself. i am trying to catch them so i can report my findings to someone who cares. not sure i will be able to find anyonw who cares though. i got their fax number. i looked up the company name (pacifica credit services) which by the way the man could not spell correctly. on their web site there was a "feel free to call us" phone number 315-688-7227 so i called (but also blocked my number) and the phone number is disconnected.
if i owe these people money i will pay it but i want proof in writing. which is the law!
i asked the man if his company policies over rule the laws of the united states and he said yes.
he said he was going to send me to the city county courts (which don't exist) so i asked which one so i could respond to the case against me. he said "he did not know, i has to be sent to headquarters first" so i said give me their contact information he said "i don't know" so i said you don't know who you work for? he said yes PCS.
i am still researching all this information. i want to bust these guys. oh by the way the phone numbers they use are

Husband started receiving calls from 347-435-2174 i have had something like this happen to me so once i heard the VM they left i said let me google search the number and sure enough this feed is what i found. this has been going on for days now they threaten to take him to jail press criminal chargers on him and that they will start an investigation on his family. Hes pretty easy going so he starts saying what am i going to do. i tell him i will take care of it they called again this morning stating he only had mins to call back so i called.
I asked what court system they were using rep stated he did not know , then i asked so if i call Advance American they can tell me you are handling the debt collection rep stated again i dont know because its been so long, I said well if this was for real wouldn't you know what court system ive actually had this happen for real before and they were able to tell me what court and send me information regarding the debt he got angry i asked to please speak with a supervisor and was told i quote there is no [***] sup on duty. I got mad at this point and told him i know you can speak to me like this this is a hoax you are a lieing [***] [***] you would be fired talking to me like this i know my rights and you can not cuss at me like this he kept screaming and i hung up. so far no call backs :) they get mad when you turn the tables on them
