I have been receiving unwanted calls from 347 606 1267 and 3347 606 1268/ Strong Indian accent stating I owne on a cash net account which is not so and they have been harrassing me on my job and cell
Received a phone call from (347)606-1866 stating there has been a lawsuit against me and my SS#. Man states local police will be at my employment in 45 minutes.
The scam is when someone uses a credit app these people buy it, call saying they are law enforcement which is BS. Then say you have to pay this by going to CVS and sending them a moneygram.
They called me and had my social security number and my bank account number and said that I had violated federal banking regulations and commited collateral check fraud. The scary part is they had my social security # and my bank account #. I had no idea what they were talking about. It was an officer Daniel Jones that called and when I called back in I spoke with Officer Daniel Walker. Sounded like they were from India and sounded like the same person.
