I have been receiving unwanted calls from 347 606 1267 and 3347 606 1268/ Strong Indian accent stating I owne on a cash net account which is not so and they have been harrassing me on my job and cell
Officer patti johns from anderson lawfirm said I only had hours before he signed document witch if I dont call will leave me in a horrible legal mess. Indian accent. A lawsuit with my social named in it.
I just received a call from this morning. Originally it started with a "so called" Officer from Bakersfield, CA telling me to call a Anderson Law Firm @ 347-606-1866. When I asked the officer for information on the details of who the plaintiff was and what was this about, he simply told me to call that number. When I called that number, I asked them several times who the plaintiff was and he took him about 4 times before he threw something out there which was MyCashNet who I have never done business with. Plus he would not provide any details of the matter. They said they and the FBI would be at my work in 45 minutes and to have an attorney present because I was going behind bars. I then called the local FBI office and they stated that they do not get involved with these kinds of matters and that it was more than likely a fraud scam where they were trying to get information from you. They both did have sharp Indian accents and chances are were using a form of VOIP to use US numbers and make it seem as if they were calling from within the US.
The odd part is that they did not demand money or provide any details of the matter. The funny thing will be is if they show up at my work because I work at a different location than my actual work address.
They have called me about 15 times on my cell phone and 10 times on my work phone about a week ago. They have contacted me last week and basically said they will be coming for me with the police to arrest me. Since I never had a payday loan, I was a little confused by the whole thing and contacted an attorney. Who then followed up at the number "officer Michael Cooper" most definatley not his real name. As soon as my attorney identified himself, they hung up. However, the phone number was 714 733 5614. Today, I was getting phone calls on my cell from a 612 number leaving a 347 606 1866 with officer michael jahns with the same sinister message, tried calling them back and the 347 number was not a valid phone number. So they have several different area codes, not just the 347. Is there not some way to get some legal action against them????????
I got a call from these ppl last week. Then today they called my cell number, I said wrong number. Now they're calling my job. (6times so far). I took the information from the officer Daniel Walker @ Anderson lawfirm. When I told him that I will have the police contact him, he called me as a$$hole and told me to Fu$k me!! He then told me that he will call me over and over until I lost my job. I hung up!!..
Can someone give me the info as to where I can call to have these ppl stop calling me?
I had this jerk calling me on my cell phone and at work. The first time it happend I told him to go f*** himself and to shove it up his a$$. Now I'm getting calls more often from this guy who really needs to take some english classes. He hasn't cussed me out yet but its only a matter of time... haha... Stupid people... If he keeps it up I will talk to my lawyer and maybe even press harrassment charges. Does someone have a number to call for the Better Business Bureau?
