Same call as theones before me but it was mike and i could not understand a word he said .I asked him to let me talk to someone who was american soooo a guy come on phone said his name was MIKE...I told him my husband would call him back at 4 30 and he gave me this number ...I cant wait for my husband to talk to him .. My husband is a POLICE OFFICER!!!!that is if anyone ans the phone,but i have a feeling he will call back !!!!
Got another call today .when my husband got on phone and asked questions .mike got very ticked off and said some not very nice things ...said it was not a scam but hung up when he was told he was being reported ..
I too just received a call from a "Brad Parker" telling me he was a certified technician working for a company, "IR" working for Microsoft. He wanted me to look for the error and warning messages on my computer and let him tell me how to "fix" my problem. If I did not "fix" my problem, my computer might become vulnerable to hackers. I told him this was not a convenient time to "fix" my problem (i.e. no way) so he gave me his "number" of 347 627 0007 so I could call him back.
Ired is the name of co. , i got the same call from Ron Kelly , he was aying calling you from Ired,fleet of certified engg. from microsoft , they have taken the access of my computer, but i told them to show only the work,no need to ask any personal informatiob,
and in my concern they did only their work,coz m a certified technicain from oxford, i got to know their information , from where these guys are calling to us,,, they hadn't done any harm in my omputer,i told them i appreciate their work,
I got a call from Paul Harrsion,A guy calling me from IRED technical department,he was saying that ther reside in new york.
i asked him more questions to trace their call, and location as well.he shown me all the errors, marked with red n red.he told me erros level 90%.and he goes further ,after taking the access of my computer, he only had done his work ,not discussed even a single personal information.i trust on them and had taken a plan of $163 for 3 years..
they still takes care of my computer...... thank you Ired
