"The government" has been on the case for years. Foreign ownership and operation makes the job frustrating. If you can find and sue them yourself, you also have that right.

Goofy alias names are nothing new for the South Asian thugs. They also borrow liberally from American popular culture, swiping names of movie actors, sports heroes, and TV characters.
Been receiving multiple calls from this popular cash loan scammer with the Indian accent. Anyone receiving phone calls from this number be sure to report to the BBB, FTC, etc, so we can finally shut this person up for good. Don't give out personal information and always demand this person, Tom or Jack or whatever name he gives you, send official documentation to you or your attorney, and let them know their harrassment has been reported to everyone.
This Indian man has been calling my job non-stop and says his name is Kevin Foster and another name Thomas Park saying I owe a debt so I pulled my credit report and see no trace of them they are really getting on my nerves

I just received a call from this NUT as well. He left a voicemail message. These people must think we are all crazy and don't know any better. They think that they can scare people by saying that a warrant will be issued for your arrest and/or you will have to go to court with an attorney. They should know that if anyone was trying to sue they would send a constable with papers and if you have a warrant, an officer would come out. And to be perfectly honest, police officer's don't come out with warrants for none payment of bills and THERE'S NO SUCH WARRANT FOR NOT PAYING A BILL, STUPID IDIOT. If this was the case everybody in America would be in jail at some point in time their life. My only fear is that these people will get in touch with the elderly, and take them for their money. Everyone, if you have elderly family members, please educate them to not answer calls from anyone but other family members.
I received a call yesterday at my work place the called identified himself as Andy. I returned the call and Andy was not available. He claimed to be an associate and told me I have a case in their office pending for a Payday loan for Cash Advance of America from 10/12. They had the last 4 of my SSN , and the last 4 of a closed account number. Can these people really file charges against you ? This person had a very thick Indian Accent , Please help ?
