DO NOT believe those positive posts, this is a total scam, they know your name and address... Kept going on and on about "Your computer has spyware and malware" told them I would use my antivirus to scan, was told "NO you cannot use antivirus, it is not virus, it is malware AND spyware" and when I asked "which computer?" and "What is the purpose of your call?", the "tech" yelled at me and asked me "HELLO HELLO!!!! DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?" SO NOT LEGIT, DO NOT give out any information to these people.
I had word with one technician name is Robert he provide me great service now I do not have any problem and my computer is running well thanks for Online help & Support .
