Got a call from this number, they asked to speak with "whoever makes decisions about cleaning our office." Not a local number, very bad connection. We get a ton of vendors looking for business, so I asked her to send us some information to look over. I asked her if she needed our email address and she hung up on me. Weird, probably a solicitation/spam call.
Many times in the past, especially during Tax time 347-637-6193 calls us claiming the IRS and we owe them money. We are 85 years old, owe nothing to the IRS and very poor. 951-215-4246 number, same person with foreign accent telling us he works for the governor of California and we owe them IRS money. Please stop these callers harassing especially the elderly.
Left a message on my voicemail stating that the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me. I owe the IRS nothing and have received no correspondence from them.
They just called me too! A guy with a foreign accent answered "Internal Revenue Service".... first of all when you call the IRS, you are greeted with ano automated system and you better have some spare time because it takes a while to speak to someone directly! He told me I had a "case" against me. I said "ok, we'll send me a letter in the mail" he said "ok what's your address" I replied "you're the IRS, you should know that if your 'looking' at my file" he said "are you aware of this case" I said "no, tell me about it" he said "I can tell you about it and remove your number for $600" I said "and for free I can tell you that your are an idiot if you think I'm that stupid to give you any of my information, much less my bank info" he then proceeded to say "stupid B>@=^" and hung up.......
