Spoke to Steve Sebastion - stated I owed the IRS and they would Levy my accounts, take my home and I would be thrown in to jail. I spoke with my Accountant, IRS and I filed a complaint on the company as this company is not legit. They called me back and I told them I was on the phone with the IRS and they hung up, when I called the number back it was a quick busy. The guy wanted 20% of the bill to make the lawsuit go away. Is he serious???? Don't freak if you receive a call. Contact the Internal Revenue immediately.
A 'David Black' .. or maybe 'Baxter' left a voice mail message on our phone this evening. He said he was from the Department of Legal Affairs and said we would be in legal trouble if we did not call back. Obviously, we did not. It was difficult to understand the message due to his accent. It sounded like he was sitting in a noisy call center of some kind--lots of background noise. Sure sounds suspicious to me.
Ms. Rose DeMellow left message claiming to be from Department of Legal Affairs. Call to my same phone line yesterday from 415-690-8134 saying that a Mr. Mc Willams from the IRS investigating department wanted to send to me an affidavit for my arrest on tax evasion and fraud if I did not call back. Called and tried to get information. A Trey Bell said If I paid $4,095 in the next hour, they would not file on the 1055 counts of tax evasion and fraud. If not they would file and I could an all my creditors would be notified and my employeer and I would be arrested The more I questioned, the more upset they got and hung up saying I could expect the affidavit tomorrow and my arrest on Friday. Called several times asking for more information, but they hung up each time. I called the IRS. The story checked out false and filed a report with the IRS.
