Spoke to Steve Sebastion - stated I owed the IRS and they would Levy my accounts, take my home and I would be thrown in to jail. I spoke with my Accountant, IRS and I filed a complaint on the company as this company is not legit. They called me back and I told them I was on the phone with the IRS and they hung up, when I called the number back it was a quick busy. The guy wanted 20% of the bill to make the lawsuit go away. Is he serious???? Don't freak if you receive a call. Contact the Internal Revenue immediately.
This person called twice said they were Alex Young from the legal affairs office and I had to call back or I would be in trouble. tried to call back, no answer. could not understand the indian accent very well either.
Received message on my answering machine from Rose Dimallo from Dept. of Legal Affairs. Very, very hard to understand foreign accent. Called three times in a row (within 2 minutes) and left two messages. I listened to the messages over and over trying to understand. She only used my first name. I think she said something like she was calling about a very important matter, and then something about the enforcement action against my name (which I think I would know about if there really was one). I was going to call back, but glad I looked up the number first. Caller block!
Had the same call as "Another" of one Mrs. Ola Demallo, impossible to understand urging me to call back because of some urgent legal matter. As far as I am informed NO official United States Department or the IRS would EVER CALL OR EMAIL you (unless you are in an ongoing exchange of information with a known and accredited official, which only happens after prior written official communication). THEY SEND LETTERS.
Received a call from Mike Taylor (that's the name I think I heard- but it sounded like a woman)..said she was with the Dept of Legal Affairs and that I needed to call back right away to avoid enforcement action..also they left the message using my first married name and could not even pronounce that correctly...def a scam!
