Just got an email what a mess....

Why cant these people be stopped.  It is  scam and should all be put in jail.

The case will be downloaded on Friday (December 17th 2014) and you will be soon served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you want to avoid these legal consequences we merely require you to get back to us with the payment, you can either e-mail back or call on the phone number given on the bottom of the e-mail.

I received an email  from them stating The case will be downloadedon Friday(December 17,2014) and will you soon be served with court papers due to non payment after so many reminders.  This is such a scam.  They are asking for payment.  They do not state what you owe and who you owe.  These people need to be put in Jail.  I'm sick and tired of them.  Who can I report this to??

You have to laugh at these buffoons - "the case will be downloaded."  What a bunch of maroons!  Please do report the email to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov.
