Call back number given in fraudulent IRS call from (213) 141 5163

Received a call today 4/11/16 at 1:56 PM from supposedly IRS officer (no name) stating that they have placed a lawsuit against me, but don't state a name, and since when does the IRS informs you of this without a letter? Don't fall for these scammers.

Called saying to call this number back regarding a lawsuit they have been trying to find me for and this was the last attempt

Same as SoCal above at 1:45pm 4/11/16.

I also received a call 4/11/16 @ 1:36 from supposedly IRS Officer (NO Name)and that  they have placed a lawsuit against me too .
