Just got the same bogus message about the IRS filing a law suit against me. What a croc o ****
I couldn't block the number since it came in as Out of Area without a number.
I hope these idiots are nailed and the real IRS puts them in the pokey for while!!

These peoples saying they are from IRS you guys need to stop this is a fraud they can't keep calling people home 3 time a day

Received 2 calls yesterday and 1 today. I called the attorney general office. They told me to call ftc(federal trade commission). They told me not to call the 374 number. Ftc number is 877-382-4357.

Same experience as others. More annoying than anything else since they are calling at ungodly hours! This morning at 6:15, last night at 11:00.

I have received this call 6 times in the last 2 days.  I called it back knowing it is bogus.  A man with an Indian accent answered.  I told him I did not appreciate receiving these calls.  He apologized and said he would not contact me again.  Today he called 2 more times.  Enough!!
