How do we get on the no call list?

getting on the do not call list does not seem to work. i still keep getting these calls but do not answer.

this phone number called me several times and would not leave any message,this type of behavior angers me and I have to stop working to answer it,I will track this person down using high security Gov. connections and have this person or company incinerated.

Just received a call from this number and they did not leave a vm

Received a phone call at 8:01 am. on 2/25/2013 on our cell phone from this number.  No message left. We are already on the do not call list.  Will report to unwanted calls.
