After receiving repeated calls from this phone number, each of them only giving a beep sound, I turned on my printers Auto-Answer feature to receive faxes.  The next time the number called, my printer/fax answered, and a fax from a very high profile physician in Maryland came through.   The physician does not have an office in New York, which is where the fax number said it was calling, nor did the physician bother calling me to inform me they were sending me a fax, which I had specifically requested of them in writing.
