We just got one.to and we called trying to figure out how you get the loan because we know we didn't take that loan out. He told me to not call back. Lol

We just got the same email as TRACY stated above. Same dollar amount (986.45). We called trying to figure out when this debt was created. When someone answered he wanted more information which we didn't give and became agitated when we asked questions. Definitely a scam. .

I received an email that stated the below:

Dear Customer,

We still have no response from our statements of the past months nor from the letters that we sent you in regards to your Advance Cash America loan account ending with ****2035.

Your entire account is now seriously past due: It is obvious that our efforts to clear the account on a mutually agreeable basis have had no impact. Unless we receive payment from you within seven days, or can work out a mutually agreeable arrangement to discharge this obligation, we will have to report the matter to the retail credit bureau.

Subsequently, the account will be turned over to our attorneys for further action. Since this is a costly procedure for both of us, and will cause serious damage to your credit rating.
If this account is turned over to our attorneys then your final recourse is through the courts. The matter may be resolved in a small claims court if the amount owed is small. For larger amounts, you may have to file suit to collect. In either case, you are faced with a costly and time-consuming procedure. I have been in contact with Advance Cash America before, and they stated that I did not have a loan with them or any other loan place that they work with.

Just got same email. I told the I never took a loan. Told them this was harassment. Said it was actually a $300 loan that has grown to $986.45 with intrest. Said they have proof it was deposited. I said show it too me.

Received bogus email saying the same as above. This is a scam. I have never heard of this company before and definitely do not owe the
