I received a call from a female with this number saying they were from the IRS.
They claimed that an investigation was in process regarding my previous tax returns.
This person threatened to have me arrested for tax evasion.
This person was rude and aggressive over the phone.

If you feel you SSN has been compromised, in addition to putting a fraud alert at the 3 credit bureaus, you may want to notify the IRS. Here is the link, fill out the proper form (probably 14039):
