Who called from 3477141869

I got at call from 347-714-1869 yesterday on my cell phone and did not answer...can anyone tell me who this number belongs to and why they call but leave no VM...

The no call list seems to make it worse.

I got a call however the number showed up as 134-771-41869 - nice try I am not an idiot. I NEVER answer numbers I don't know and they never leave a voice mail.

347-714-1869 calls my home and I have no idea who it is and am on the DO NOT CALL LIST
