they just called me and told me to sent money through western union and they threatened me that i would be sued for 988.37 that i didnt pay back he said his name was scott miller
Its better if you answer the call, then hang up. That way you don't to listen to stupid messages. After about two calls, they stop. Well, at least for the week.
I, too, have gotten these phone calls. Two (2) on my cell and two (2) at my office. For one, I couldn't understand him very well...all I caught of his name was Johnson and I did catch the "good luck" part. I started receiving these kind of phone calls right after I bought my car a couple of years ago. My boss has even told them to stop calling, but they just hang up and call again. My husband has chewed on them, but once again, they keep calling. I could hear, in the background, the other people talking, but in a different language....one I couldn't understand. They are truly scam artists trying to get money out of you. They use disposable cell phones and once the minutes are used up on that particular phone, they move on to another. They have ppl here that buy a bunch of pre-paid cell phones and send them to them.....don't fall for this.
They left a message and said they were an attorney and needed to speak with me regarding an important legal matter. I knew it was a scam. They were foreign and couldn't even pronounce my name right. Ignorant!!!!!
THIS SCAM ARTIST WITH A INDIAN ACCENT CALL ME AND SAID I NEED YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY TO CALL ME. IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL BE ARRESTED. I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK. THIS [***] HOLE IS A SCAM ARTIST. I CALL HIM BACK AND TOLD HIM THAT I KNOW HOW YOU ARE AND THE FBI IS LOOKING FOR YOU. ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY ARREST YOUR [***]. SO DON'T CALL ME AGAIN BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET A PENNIE FROM ME.
