They have been taking the same approach with. I read this site and questioned the caller about their location. I said New York. I asked why was he filing charges in a San Francisco court. I just told the caller that I checked them out on line and was in the process of filing a complaint on line with the Federal Communications Committee and the FBI. He hung up in my face.

Hey Joe.....you are absolutely right...I got a call from sounds like it was probably the same person you're talking about. What collector wishes you 'good luck'. It was in the message he left on my vmail. These people are pathetic trying to 'threaten' people when I can barely understand what the he was saying on the message.
