this is a fradulant company!!! they are calling me about some debt i do NOT owe. the number they leave is this one but the call comes through as a california call. they threaten me with being arrested even. even if i did owe any debt which i do not i am not stupid enough to buy that they put you in fail for a debt. these idiots need to get a life!!!
call and states that my fiance owed them money and if he didnt pay they was going to lock him up so i call the company back and advise them that if they call my house again, i will press charges
I had a message left on my answering machine by a very heavily accented woman named 'nancy jones'. She said she was from the FIA and was going to pres legal charges for downloading illegal items. She said she would like to work out a deal to not press charges and to call her back at 3477564063. But i got smart and googled it first, suspecting fraud, and i found this site, thanks guys.
Wow they are calling my work saying they are officers and wanting the H.R. to give them my cell# thankfully they did not. I hope something gets done about this.When you first hear of this it's really scary. Thank goodness for the person who works in H.R. for telling me about this site.
These persons have been calling me stating that I owe a payday loan online. I do owe one, but the amount they gave was different. I sent them a few payments, but I have not sent them anything else. They are constantly calling me and threatening to get me arrested or Garnish my wages. Every time I ask them to send me some paperwork on this, then, they say I can have my lawyer contact them. The calls will stop for a week or 2, but then start back up. I REALLY wish I had known about this site before I sent them any money. I was just so afraid of going to prison, I just didn't follow up on this. How stupid. Somebody really needs to do something about these people.
