A Robert Lee supervisor of legal services, or Lt. of a police dept and several other titles with are unintelligible on answering machine. Calls about loan from another person, who does not reside in residence. I an not assocated with loan. My 88 yr old mother resides with me, has a heart condition, calls upset her. She has been in ICU several months ago, do not wish a repeat.
Called me today at work 4 different times two times on my cell and twice at work and have a legal matter pending against me. Can bareley understand them the man who called has a name of Mark William.
A man by the name of William Smith called over 20 times in 20 minutes to my place of employment demanding to talk to one of our employees. He stated that she had a pending fraud case against her and if she did not pay, my company would have to pay since we are "harboring" her. I could barely understand him and had poor English and grammar. Shortly after the call started I recorded the call when I knew it was a scam. He talked fast as if I was not suppose to think and just do what he told me. I informed him the call was being recorded and our building security would be contacted. He told me that if this employee did not return his call within 15 minutes that he would call back until he got what he wanted. Security informed me that they have seen this scam before and would be taking care of the situation and blocking the number if needed.
Person with Eastern Indian accent, using the name of Robert Lee portrays self as a finance supervisor or a Lt. of a police dept. Repeatedly calls house about a loan for a person who does not reside here. My 88 year old mother with a heart condition gets very upset when he tells her about going to court and jail. She was recently in IUC. I would like to avoid her making a return trip.
They called me at work, threatened to talk to manager, i was being sued, have all my information or so they say.....they are suing me.......undisclosed amount. They can barely speak english........SCAM!!! IDIOTS
