There is a person who is leaving threatening messages on my voicemail. When I called them I asked who they were and why they were calling, he replied that they were not a company but that attorney's were working here. I asked for the attorney's identification and they hung up on me. I called a second time and informed them that my number is on the National Do Not Call Registry and he hung up on me again.
I am filing a complaint with the FTC and their state attorney general's office. And if these threatening phone calls do not stop I seek to fill criminal harassment charges against the individual who is leaving these abusive and threatening calls on my voicemail as I do have these on tape.
This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also changes frequently. Here are a list of "employees" and phone numbers that these scamers are using:

These numbers can be searched throughout the internet and it's all bad news. whocallsme.com is a good one, but there is many. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.
I have recived over 25 calls in one day everyday these are very rude people and they have my families names my Childs name it is a joke seriouly these people will keep calling you over and over again it should be against the law!!!! The "Company???" supposedly said I have a payday loan that I needed to pay so what ever you do DON"T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION I read on this sight this guy lost his job stole his Identity etc. etc. It is a scam these peple claim the are from the state of New York and say they are top notch attorneys it is false don't believe that for one second. And they will say The FBI will come banging down your door so don't fear that your gonna be arrested. And another thing I read on the sight is that they called some girl talking about how her mother wanted her to be arrested because she owed her mother $1,000 which really she didn't so just watch your back because they will twist your words yell at you even Cuss at you so be carful!!!!!!!
I believe this is the same company and they keep changing their phone number the number I got off my caller id was 646-810-8654 and they claim that I owe them money, which I do not. They xcreamed and yelled at me telling me the FBI was going to arrest me if I did not pay-up. I don't even believe they are in this country. DO NOT give them a dime, how they have obtained all the info they have on me I would like to know. Who can I report this to????
I've been getting the same phone calls as well. At first the company was American Law Division (or something close to that - caller is difficult to understand but persistent in efforts). Today, the calls (sounds like the same person) is from Affidavit Processing Company. I had to begin "threatening" with my own tactics citing violation of my civil rights, privacy, and harrassment. They are relentless and very liberal in tossing around the personal info that they do have. i will be filing a claim against them with our Consumer Affairs Commission and will contact the Attorney General as well, which is where I suggested that he file his complaint against me. Daily repeat calls at my office line and it's now embarrassing b/c they end up also dialing other people in the Office when they can't get me and YES, they are liberal with them about this fabricated situation. I Hate Them!
i just moved into a new place and got a new number and they also call me at all hours as early as 7am asking for someone whom i do not know but they do not believe me. they call threatening that i better call john smith and they appear to be from India because of their accents. i don't know the person they are looking for nor do i owe them anything but the calls will not stop.
