Who called from 3477883360

Have been called for 3 days in a row from this number. I called back and was told someone in my family had passed away and were trying to get their will in order, this was nowhere near correct information. I answered a call about 2 hours later and the caller knew my name, and asked if I was diabetic. This is complete spam/scam

Called at 6:30 am, said it was recorded line, and they were calling to sell me something for my diabetes (I don't have diabetes).

Three times they called in one hour.  Try to tell me my daughter had been in an accident, I don't have a daughter.  I told them not to call back and that I was going to report them to the FBI.
