I answered the phone told them they are calling the wrong person. BS. They stop calling me using the 646-224-9884 on April 14 after more than 30 call and using 208-557-9031 about 17 times. Now their saying they have to take an affidavit for ACS. First of all that's a lie. they are scammers. no company who goes by the law does this. REMEMBER THE LAW PROHIBITS COMPANIES ESPECIALLY COLLECTION AGENCY FROM CONTACTING YOU MORE THAN ONCE A DAY. I had them call me 6 times in one day in a row. ILLEGAL.
It's a scam! These guys call you, leave the last four digits of your SSN on your mailbox (a blatant violation of the FDCPA), and then talk about "something bad happen to you". I received a voice mail from this number telling me that my name and social security number were listed on a case that a financial institue was "pressing charges" against me and they wanted to give me a heads up. Then about 15 minutes later they called my mother asking for my information. This lady had a VERY THICK ACCENT as well. I could hardly understand her. I would check your credit report after this...

had a man call that i could not understand a word he said he had my email address,my last number of security number and my banks name he said i received money over the internet now they are suing me for not paying it back i never got any money this guy and others has called my phone and my work. they are really getting on my nerves
