Who called from 3478538699

Got a very poorly made recorded message saying that this was "officer Lauren Matthews" with the IRS, and that I needed to call 347-853-8699 before action was taken against me.

No way I'm calling. This is obviously a scam.

Call from a Lauren  claiming that she was from the IRS but I know the IRS doesn't communicate like that they will send you a letter

I just received this same message that the IRS was calling... This is officer Lauren Mathews from the IRS time sensitive issue and that I need to call 1-347-853-8699. This was a computer generated voice.  Pretty sure this is a scam.

Someone  just  call me from that number   347-8538699 and thy didn't  said anything  just when  i answer  they said goodbye.
