Don't know who they are or what they want. No message but call 5-6 times in a row. Other than a brooklyn area code, I haven't found anything out. But I did have direct tv scam number (866-451-5825) call shortly after, might be related. They won't take no for an answer that I never had their service there for I don't owe them anything. Guess when you're based in India, the translation is lost.
