received a call from this number Said they were with the IRS and I was going to file a law suit against me--This was my last notice before the suit would be filed. Call came from New York. I do not think the IRS calls you when they have an issue--You will get a letter.
Got a call from 1 347-866-7202 said they were the IRS and filing a lawsuit against me the next day. I called back multiple times and it just rings with no answer. I also think if this was valid there would be a letter and more information provided.
