Scammer trying to buy a car. Sent text only asking for paypal, answered phone but foreign language could not be understood.

Same here, car buy/PayPal scam.

trying to sell RV---this number texted me, very suspicious wanting only to use paypal and to have a pick up agent pick it up after payment clears.  Said name was Douglas Jean.  Due to job, couldn't pay any other way but paypal.

Had the same experience with selling a horse - exact same wording.... could only pay using paypal due to job, and would have an agent pick him up.

Me too!!! Selling a horse. Same type text early this morning. Nature of job could not do face to face or pay cash. Only PayPal. Once transaction clears buyer will send agent to pick up horse.
