I got a message from patrick green telling me that I was going to get arrested for internet fraud. He was asking me for a payment of $9,000.00 but if I was to send him a payment of $300.00 he would not take me to court. He had a heavy accent and I could not really figure out his last name. I think it was Green or Rain.
I can not wait until these guys are caught and get what they deserve.
That is funny, the number they called from yesterday to me was 716-442-2824. They told me that if I did not respond within 1 hour (phone call only--no way to know when I get it) that there would be an officer at my door to arrest me.
Sorry I do know the law. They have to send me something official before they can do anything, and that includes attacking my paycheck.
I declaredf bankruptcy last year, and this has been happening since the day I declared it. They are just trying to scare the average american.
I think I might change my cell number so they can just go and BLEEP themselves.
'FINANCIAL LAW DEPT. KEVIN JOHNSON from 347-875-8165 calls me claiming I did not pay back a payday loan which I NEVER EVER received. They threaten me about arrest warrants for fraud, etc and ignore me when I tell them to send me proof of a deposit in my checking account because they HAVE NO PROOF... These people are frauds. The problem is someone from Montana and sometimes Florida or Texas call me also continuous with the same message ..it is important to call them ..it is time sensitive..
***ALSO POSTED UNDER 347-289-3901 SINCE THE CALLER SAID HE WAS FROM THE SAME COMPANY THAT USES THAT NUMBER, APPARENTLY***
I got a phone call this morning for my mother (who *does* have a payday loan). The guy was named Jason Smith and called from (347) 875-8165 but said it was ACS. He rattled off a number of names that the payday loan company could've been through (which was suspicious enough since she doesn't have one through the ones he named) and then said "or many others" (LOL!) and then started going on and on about how they have a warrant out for her and all that. He had her COMPLETE SSN (I keep telling her not to file for the frickin loans, but does she listen? Nope) and her email address, which, I know, isn't hard to obtain.
Anyway, his phone was breaking up the entire time and I told him to send me either snail mail or email of the settlement offer, he said he'd email it and get back to me when he got confirmation that the email went through (that was about 4 hours ago now ... never knew it took email that long to go through) and then a horn honked. I asked him if that was a horn and if he was calling from a call center in NY how could a horn have honked that close to him.
He hung up, LOL.
They've been calling her cell phone as well. Thankfully, she never gave them her work #, but still. What a pain in the butt.
