They called me twice and when I called back they said I had a serious law suit against me n if I was aware lol. BS I've done taxes and I just told them I would call IRS directly. Right after their call I received another call from another Indian person who said I had a virus in my computer n I should sign on, I again proceeded to tell him I would call my computer people directly.
Was asked to return a call to the IRS due a fraud claim, please remember the IRS will NEVER call you, they only will mail notices to your home or business, the IRS has a strict no call policy..
Initial message left on my home phone number from Steve Martin of l names LOL claiming to be an officer of the magistrate of the United States government regarding legal enforcement of the IRS I certainly knew this was a gimmick I returned the phone call supposedly her name is a my last name Swift badge number 11738 5 said she wanted to know who we prepare my taxes for the year 2012 and 2013 I said if you are the IRS You Oughta Know she proceeded to tell methat if I did not cooperate they would be dispatching an officer to my home and I would be arrested today. I jokingly told her I had 2 months to live so if I died in jail it made no difference and I stated however you sound like a young woman and man you will be spending the remaining years of your young life and dying in a federal prison of the United States government she then hung up. I return my call using my cell phone she answered knew my name and said why are you wasting my time. I asked her if she was aware that what she was doing was a federal crime against the United States government she had an Indian accent as well as mr. Steve Martin and the many other people who have called me in the past year. She proceeded to hang up again I called back again and she refused to answer so I guess I'll just have to sit here and wait for the police to arrest me LOL. The first time I received one of these calls months ago I freaked out however our friend told me to Google it that it was a fraud. So if this happens to you do not worry. Report it
