I received a call friday march 18, 2011 and that he was from the criminal bureau of investigation and that I was being investgated for receiving 300.00 from a payday loan, and I didn't pay it back and if I don't agree to settle that it was going to be turned over to the court house and a police man will come and get me and take me to court and if I lose than I will have to pay 6000.00. Otherwise, I could settle with them for 650.00. And I have been looking up this number and another number that he gave me which is 5197845900. His name is suppose to be Austin Jones, which is a town that I live in which is Austin. And I have until monday at 9 AM to give him an answer before he files it for court. I'm suppose to show proof that I did not receive this money, which I can prove thru my bank, because there has not been no deposit of 300.00 in there. So what can I do to get rid of this jerk which is a foreigner by the tone of his voice,
This Indian Guy is a scam artist. He is vulgar and threatening. He called our place of buisness yesterday and today and decided to jam up our lines for 4 hours. It's riduculous. All about money being owed by an ex employee. We even had to have the police out but he did not believe they were real cops. It's all a scam . He refuses to provide any info. Just was verbally abusive and like the previous
post he drained us all out . The police cannot do anything because it is a civil matter...
Try putting ina complaint at the AG office. With so many complaints I see on line can no one trace the bill payer? No organization can prevent him from having a phone line?
