I received a text saying they are coming tomorrow to arrest me . the police are now texting people and let you they are coming after wow how dumb now that know that I'm leaving. Ha ha
Got the same text message as everyone else. I must commend the use of these forums for people. They prey on so many people who don't know about this web site.
This the message they texted me (1/4)You are commanded to arrest and bring before United States Magistrate Judge without unnecessary delay,you are accused of an offense or violation under (2/4)section 9 of chapter 19(c) for which we have to send court summons to your employer and inform them about the fraud you did and take you down into custody (3/4)directly from your employment tomorrow morning ,call us back on 347-960-6502 immediately failing which we will not be responsible.

I've never heard of being sent an arrest warrant thru a text message
That is because they never are. An arrest warrant is issued to valid law enforcement officers (police) and then they go and pick you up. You are never warned about being arrested. Like they are actually going to tell you so that you can make arrangements to get out of town?
