They called my brother cell phone many times but he doesn't speak english so he didnt pick up the phone.  Same as everyone else.  The man with strong accent.  I heard some of the info he said but pretend i don't understand what he was saying(i did that 3 times and he hang off on me

Yes, If you have your phone through a cable company like Time Warner or Optimum, youc an go on line and add numbers that you want blocked.

I make it a practice of NEVER answering a number that I do not recognize.  Problem solved ~ end of story.
