Got the same phone call. So glad others are not falling for this!

I received the same call from 347-982-0316 automated indicated the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me  to call back the same number on caller id.

IRS filing a lawsuit. We can put a rover on Mars but we can not stop these scams. Seems like something should be done about this kind of harassment.

Yes, I just received the same call on my MOBILE phone. I attempted to call them back but the line was BUSY! Why do scammers pull this crap?? Because unsuspecting people will actually give them their ID & Security information because it is for the "IRS". NOTE TO EVERYONE: The IRS will NEVER contact you by phone - it is always by MAIL - ONLY!!
