Who called from 3479820316

Got this call exact same thing as everyone else is saying, informed my fiancee of it sent him the number and we are blocking on our cell phones.

Called and said they where the IRS and I need to call back before actions where going to be taken against me

Just got a call from this number stating the same thing everyone has stated here.  Blocked the number on my phone.  Won't be bothering me anymore.

I don't  answer  phone numbers I don't  know  but it's annoying  because they leave 1/2 a message.

same number called me 347-982-0316 and left the same message
