Caller said he was from Advance America, and was securing a loan for me, I did everything he instructed, including getting a green dot visa, activating it, but I couldn't register the card. I put money on the card, but I couldn't register the card after he said he would call me back with confirmation of my loan. HE registered the card, stole my money. His name is Alex Brown.
