I was called by Brian as to my resort rental (getaway weeks).  Was told that someone was interested in renting my getaway weeks and how much they would pay.  I was sent a fake contract to make me think it was legit.  But I had fees that had to be paid to the company and it would be refunded back to me.  First it was to be FEDX to me showing the amounty of the check.  Then I was told that because it was out of the country I had to pay taxes for that country.  Then there was another fee because they had it on holdand before it could be release I had to pay that fee.  Waited for it for two week or more.  Then it was going to be wire to me and I had to pay a wire transfer fee.  I was scammed out of more than $5,000.00 dollars.  Never received anything no contract or nothing.  I was giving two number to contact Brian Madera I just get his answer machine.  BEWARE!!!!
