Who called from 3600001212

I answered and the caller disconnected.

I received a call and no answer.. they hung up after 10 seconds..  360-000-1212   I do have ads for a car and tires on craigslist... i hate giving my number out for this reason.

360-000-1212 has called my phone several times today, while my phone is ringing through a bubble pops up that says Harassment. Never seen that pop up on my phone before . can anyone tell me who this is?

Received a call today from this number...same results no message left.  Tied to call it back and received the message "this is a non-working number"...

Caller told me I have a Govt grant of $9000 and I don't have to return that money. I asked him for his name and phone number to call back and the guy kept the phone down.
