I got the same call this morning too. There should be some way to get this company for calling with such a scam. The IRS should be right on top of it. Why aren't they ?
"internal revenue serviceS. the reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. to get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 360-200-0899."
this is a scam! the IRS doesn't call and leave messages. they send notices through the mail.
"Received a call from this number with a recorded message claiming to be a notification from the IRS that they are filing a lawsuit against me and that I needed to return the call. I have no reason to think this is at all legitimate."
Received in Houston around 08:30 this am, 12-17-2015
If I have time I will call them back and see if I can have some fun with them.
