Voice mail on my cell that started out "Eligibility expires soon. Consider this your final notice..." Final notice of let some %$^&* steal my identity. These low-life's just won't give up. They use a new fake number and try again thinking that you will fall for their scam this time.

Caller ID reports Consumer Dbt Rlf. Daily calls around same time of day in afternoon, no message, hangs up. Now blocked. Oy.

Called again Nov 25 and today.  Didn't answer; no message left. They are persistent!!
