I've turned in each number to the Do Not Call List and the FTC... FTC told me there was nothing they can do about it, even though I've told the idiots to take me off their list.
Obviously the "massive" fines levied against "cardholder services" made a huge impression. Until business owners start going to jail for deliberately violating the law, this kind of behavior will continue.
I get calls in California about every 3 days from this phone number. It's either a recording or they hang up. I try pushing button 2 or 9 to get rid of them. No luck.
