Same as above, a free $8000 grant telling me I was one of 1700 people in my state to receive this, something to do with my phone? anyway this fellow had broken English and could not seem to understand my name even after five times! he finally got it right! then suddenly hung up . hahaha! go figure a telemarketer in .D.C.
Called and said I was eligible for an $8000 grant that does not have to be paid back and wanted to know how I wanted to receive this money. Either into my bank account or cash. I said so your sending me a check and he said no check he wants to know how I want my money. I said please explain where you got my information and he hung up on me.
