i got a call from this number. but i always ignore numbers out of state calls.

i got a call when i answered they hung up. i called back and it was doing the line is busy thing. happen for anyone else?

got this call at work how do we report these guys to the government.  they are not supposed to be able to get a hold of your cell phone # for any other reason than you gave it to them
