It's the dreaded and lowest of the bottom feeders, 29Prime/29 Prime aka Reliable Places and the 40 other aliases all led by Russell Wallace. I've had the infamous ELIZABETH MOORE call from 29Prime, among MANY others. They are relentless, they are among THE WORST of all the slime that calls day in and day out. The one that just called my business had such a thick accent I couldn't even understand him. Didn't matter, not interested. Other calls I've received from them:

458-201-1419 - Caller ID said Merch Funding (Elizabeth Moore)
360-208-0341 - Today's call, Caller ID said U.S. Cellular, but he stated he was with 29Prime
360-633-9918 - Caller ID said SUPPORTDEP (Rebecca Stewart)
206-278-8481 - Haven't called me, it's another of their numbers I found here

The company turns out to be 29 Prime in Irvine but they have hundreds of different business names and they are listed on every complaint site for damaging businesses rankings, ripping them off, and annoying them with calls. A bunch of their site names and phone numbers have been found at http://beware29prime.wordpress.com or you can just Google their own name "29 Prime" or "29 Prime Scam" ...
