Said they were calling from Wa State troopers assoc and wanted to mail me a fundraising kit. Checked website and wa state troopers association are not doing any residential fundraising.
Whomever this really is, needs to quit bugging us. I just hang up after they say who they are and what organization they're calling from.... they have called us at least three times in the last two days.
Back from a trip and just got a call, which I didn't pick up. Checked caller ID and have had 7 calls from them this week, and it's only Thursday! This is from the Washington State Patrol Troopers Association Facebook Page (March 22, 2017):
"The WSPTA is currently NOT conducting residential fundraising. Any phone calls or solicitations made to your home will not be from the WSPTA and should be considered fraudulent if the callers represent themselves as representing the WSPTA."
It's that time of year for the annual FAKE Washington State Trooper's Assoc. to raise funds. I go through this every year since I moved to Eastern Washington State. The real Trooper's do not do fund raisers! and never on the telephone! They left no message this time.
