said they were IRS. They stated I ,my employeer and home is under investigating. Urgent I call them back.
This makes 6 blocked calls on my phone within a weeks time SCAM
I got a call from this number Monday and when I checked my voicemail, they stated I was being sued and under investigation. And whoever it was calling was foreign by their accent. But I called back and was trying to figure out what's going on because it had to be a mistake. He couldn't explain and then when I said this must be a scam he got mad and hung up in face. Lol
I received a call, answered it, and it was a computerized threat from the "IRS" that my home and employment were in jeopardy; that I had an IRS obligation and was going to be sued if I didn't call back immediately. I called back - no answer. Jerks! BTW - the IRS sends written communication to the address you used on your most recent filing. If you still live at that address and have received nothing in the mail from the IRS - you have nothing to fear.
